<\/span>Eike T\u00f5nism\u00e4e, PCC-level coach<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am an experienced, PCC-level top coach, trainer, and mentor who has supported leaders, creatives, and teams since 2006.<\/p>\n

In my coaching practice, I use various complementary approaches: systemic coaching, the Enneagram, and solution-focused coaching as my primary approach.<\/p>\n

My strength as a coach lies in creating a deep space and presence for the client, which triggers changes both within and outside the session. A holistic view of the individual is central to my coaching approach.<\/p>\n

My journey as a professional coach began in 2013 in Canada, when I completed the Erickson Coaching International training program \u201cThe Art &Science of Coaching\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n

In addition to basic training in solution-focused coaching, I also hold certifications in team management and Enneagram coaching.<\/p>\n

As a coach, I can be your partner in solving personal challenges, developing you as a leader or top specialist, and taking teams to a new level.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

All our meetings begin with a free pre-session. During the first meeting, we will get to know each other and assess the value and suitability of our future collaboration.
