Mentoring has been close to my heart since 2005<\/b>, when I defended my Master's thesis on the subject. That work led to my first book, <\/span>\"Mentoring \u2013 Shared Development\"<\/span><\/i> (\u00c4rip\u00e4eva Kirjastus, 2006), which laid the foundation for both my company, Intelligentne Grupp, and my personal work with people.<\/span><\/p>\n
