Mentoring has been close to my heart since 2005, when I defended my Master's thesis on the subject. That work led to my first book, "Mentoring – Shared Development" (Äripäeva Kirjastus, 2006), which laid the foundation for both my company, Intelligentne Grupp, and my personal work with people.

To date, I have supported hundreds of top specialists, managers, and creative professionals in their next developmental leap, helping them see fresh perspectives and discover new opportunities.
